Jolene has been a Real Estate Broker for 24 years. Growing up in a family of real estate, starting as an assistant then expanding her career to solely sales, she has experienced first hand the growth and fluctuation of the local real estate market. She has an extensive personal development background, has assisted motivational courses and thrives on learning more every day about real estate & growing personally. She lives on beautiful Whidbey Island where she practices real estate and is a real estate photographer and drone pilot.

Having taken extensive courses in Real Estate from Law & Finance to Negotiation & Multicultural transactions, she is prepared to assist with the power of knowledge in her hands. She carries the CRS designation, the highest professional designation awarded to Real Estate Brokers in the residential sales field. Less than 3% of all Brokers hold the CRS designation.

With a unique background, practicing business and building relationships with people come naturally. She appreciates getting to know her clients, listening to their needs and becoming someone they can trust in order to guide them through a process that might otherwise be a stressful time. Jolene has high expectations of herself and her company and therefore tends to exceed the expectations of others. She has a BA from the UW and is a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.

Jolene's interaction with & knowledge of the current market enable her to assist sellers in pricing their homes at top value & to negotiate contract price for buyers. Each party involved walks away from their transaction feeling confident in such an important decision of buying or selling a home.
