A multi-million dollar real estate Broker, Jolene has practiced real estate for over 13 years. Growing up in a family of real estate, starting as an assistant then expanding her career to solely sales, she has experienced first hand the growth and fluctuation of the local real estate market. Graduating from the University of Washington, she carries substantial scholastic & personal development background, has assisted motivational courses and thrives on learning more every day about real estate & growing personally. Jolene lives in Kirkland and has lived on the Eastside for 39 years.
Having taken extensive courses in Real Estate from Law & Finance to Negotiation & Multicultural transactions, she is prepared to assist with the power of knowledge in her hands. She also carries the CRS designation, the highest professional designation awarded to Real Estate Brokers in the residential sales field. Less than 3% of all Brokers hold the CRS designation who earn a median income of $160,000 annually—4 times as much as a typical Real Estate Broker.
With a unique background, practicing business and building relationships with people come naturally to Jolene. She appreciates getting to know her clients, listening to their needs and becoming someone they can trust in order to guide them through a process that might otherwise be a stressful time. She has high expectations of herself and her company and therefore tends to exceed the expectations of others. Jolene is a member of the National Association of Realtors & the Seattle King County Association of Realtors.
Jolene's interaction with & knowledge of the current market enable her to both assist sellers in pricing their homes at top value & negotiate contract price for buyers. In turn, each party involved walks away from their personal transation feeling confident in such an important decision of buing or selling a home.
I believe that people are more important than houses
I always begin with the client's point of view
I protect my clients by educating them & negotiating on their behalf
I am a citizen-agent & a central part of the fabric of our community
I am a facilitator, counselor, expert & hand-holder..which is so much more than an agent
